Council meetings are held every other month, Jan, March, May etc on the second Thursday of the month at the Coddenham Community and Sports Centre, starting at 7.30 p.m. For agenda details and any change to the date, time etc please consult any one of the three noticeboards within the village in the 2/3 days prior to the proposed meeting. All meetings are open to the public. The noticeboards are adjacent to No 2 Green Hill, at the corner of Blacksmiths Lane and adjacent to Amberstone in the High Street.
